City Start All Three January Signings

City hand debuts to all three of their January signings for today’s Emirates FA Cup third round tie with Fleetwood Town.

International clearance has been received for German Jens Hegeler and Bosnian international Milan Djuric to start against the League One side at Ashton Gate (kick-off 3pm).

Bailey Wright is also handed his City debut following his move from Preston North End earlier in the week.

Joe Bryan, Mark Little, Korey Smith and Josh Brownhill all feature in the starting XI, while Lee Tomlin also starts. 

Tammy Abraham, City’s 17-goal top scorer, partners Djuric in attack.

Callum O’Dowda (hip), Hordur Magnusson (hamstring), Adam Matthews (hamstring) and Gary O’Neil (calf) are all ruled out through injury.

City: Fielding; Hegeler, Flint, Wright; Little, Smith, Brownhill, Tomlin, Bryan; Djuric, Abraham. Subs: O’Donnell, Golbourne, Pack, Paterson, Freeman, Wilbraham, Engvall.

Fleetwood Town: Cairns; Bolger, Pond, Davies; McLaughlin, Dempsey, Glendon, Grant, Bell; Ball, Cole. Subs: Neal, Jonsson, Davis, Nirennold, Long, Hunter, Sowerby.

Referee: Mr S Martin.
