City Squad Named For First Friendly

Bristol City have named a 23-man squad for Sunday’s Community match against Hengrove Athletic (2pm kick-off).

It will be Lee Johnson’s side’s first match of pre-season and the City head coach plans to name a different team for each half. 

Summer signings Gary O’Neil, Josh Brownhill and Lee Tomlin are all included in the squad, along with youngsters Jonny Smith and Diego De Girolamo. 

Frank Fielding and Korey Smith are the only absentees through injury. 

The match is pay on the day for supporters by CASH ONLY. To date 1,200 tickets have been sold and the capacity at Norton Lane has been set at 1,909 - so arrive early to avoid disappointment!

Parking near to the stadium will be available for £4. 

City squad (from): O’Donnell, O’Leary, Little, Williams, Flint, Ayling, Golbourne, Vyner, Kelly, Bryan, Pack, Reid, Freeman, De Girolamo, J.Smith, O’Neil, Brownhill, Tomlin, Burns, Agard, Wilbraham, Garita, Kodjia.
