REDEEMING AN UNDER-12 REPLICA SHIRT WITH REWARDS

2021/22 Under-12 Season Card holders will receive the balance of a junior replica shirt through the Rewards scheme. This must be spent on a 2021/22 home outfield shirt. Under-12 Season Card holders will be given a Rewards start-up balance of £40. If an adult shirt is required this can be purchased by paying the difference between an adult and child shirt. You can either claim your shirt in-store or online.

In-Store

Under-12 Season Card holders can claim their free junior replica shirt by coming to the Bristol Sport Store with their Season Card or by bringing a confirmation email from the Season Card purchase, which must clearly show the Supporter ID number of the Under-12 Season Card holder.

Online

To claim a free Under-12 junior replica shirt online you will have to create a Bristol Sport Club Account for the Under-12 Season Card holder. This will enable them to access the Rewards start-up balance to use against their replica shirt online. Each supporter’s balance is unique and therefore each require separate accounts. Alternatively, you can contact Supporter Services with both your ID number and the Under-12’s ID number. Supporter Services can transfer the balance into an accompanying Adult’s account.
