An exciting new Bristol City Rewards scheme, delivering Rewards cash to be redeemed across merchandise at the stadium, is set to be rolled out ahead of the 2018/19 season.
City Rewards will be available to all Season Card holders, Members and annual hospitality holders, offering Rewards cash to supporters, which can be spent exclusively on merchandise both online and in the Bristol Sports Store.
Supporters can earn between 2% and 5% Rewards cash for each additional home game ticket purchased, as well as for any merchandise bought online or in store (10% Rewards cash for season card holders and 5% for members).
Jon Lansdown, chairman of Bristol Sport said: “This is a significant step for our sporting group to enable supporters to get rewarded for their loyalty.
“Fans will be given Rewards cash for all online and in-store purchases of merchandise and tickets, whilst still receiving a discount on all concourse concessions, including the Sports Bar and Coffee Shop.
“I hope supporters enjoy the benefits that it will bring.”
Season Card holders are automatically signed up to the Rewards scheme and will receive a start-up balance of £10. A new Bristol Sport seasonal membership will be launched later this month with all new members receiving an introductory £5 balance.*
U12 Season Card holders will receive a start-up balance to the value of a junior replica club shirt. This can only be redeemed against a 2018/19 junior replica club shirt.**
The Rewards scheme launches on Friday, July 27th. All Rewards cash earned over the course of the season must be spent by Friday, May 31st 2019.***
Ashton Gate discounts for Season Card holders (10%) and Members (5%) remain in place in the concourses and concessions, but season and membership cards will need to be scanned at the point of sale in order to claim the discount.
*Any other Members, where membership has yet to expire, will still be able to receive rewards on purchases, but will be exempt from receiving the £5 start-up balance until renewal to 2018/19 season product is complete.
**The U12 Season Card holder Rewards offer for a free replica shirt must be redeemed on or before Sunday, September 30th, 2018. Juniors who require an adult shirt are subject to an additional £10 fee and can only be purchased in store.
*** All online or in store merchandise transactions from Thursday, June 21st 2018 will be backdated for eligible supporters and Rewards will be issued for the Friday, July 27th launch. Any tickets purchased between now and July 27th will also be valid for Rewards.
