Supporters can now redeem their Rewards cash balances and any Rewards cash that they have accrued, including Under-12 Season Card holders who are eligible for a free replica shirt.
The new Bristol City Rewards scheme delivers Rewards cash to be redeemed across merchandise at the stadium.
City Rewards is available to Season Card holders, Members and annual hospitality holders, offering Rewards cash to supporters, which can be spent exclusively on merchandise both online and in the Bristol Sport Store.
Supporters can earn between 2% and 5% Rewards cash for each additional home game ticket purchased, as well as for any merchandise bought online or in store (10% Rewards cash for season card holders and 5% for members). For full details, click here.
To redeem your Rewards cash online, just follow the below steps:
A new single SIGN-ON club account will be introduced in August allowing supporters to have just one login across the club’s various platforms: the main website, the official Bristol City app, BCTV, ticketing and the new online store and City Rewards.
If you have multiple under 12s in your group and are looking to claim multiple free shirts, you will need to treat each shirt as a separate purchase.
We have received requests from supporters who would like to donate their Rewards cash to charity and we would like to thank them for their generosity. If supporters would like to donate their Rewards cash to charity they can do so by emailing marketing@bristol-sport.co.uk
