Bristol City have received a further 4,000 tickets for the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy final against Walsall at Wembley on Sunday, March 22nd (3.30pm kick-off).
Sales reached 25,000 during the priority periods for season ticket holders and members. That figure has now risen to 37,500 since going on general sale on Monday.
City were initially handed 39,000 tickets, and the majority that remain from that allocation are single seats. Therefore the club returned to the Football League to request more seats – to enable groups to purchase together – and a further 4,000 tickets have been issued.
The tickets are in blocks 205, 206, 527, 528, 529, 530. The seats are priced £60, £42, £36 or £28, depending on the area selected.
These tickets will go on general sale later today via Ticketmaster, either by calling 0844 453 9015 or via the online service: https://www.eticketing.co.uk/bristolcityjpt/default.aspx.
With Walsall having sold 28,000 tickets to date, the crowd for the showpiece final at Wembley is already guaranteed to be in excess of 65,000.
