Lee Johnson and Jamie Paterson have been shortlisted for December’s Sky Bet Championship awards.
Head coach Johnson is in the running for Manager of the Month and Jamie Paterson has made the Player of the Month shortlist.
Johnson, who won September Manager of the Month, guided City to four wins, a draw and one defeat in the league - a total of 13 points from six games. They finished the month and therefore the year fourth in the Championship.
He goes head to head with Preston North End boss Alex Neil, Derby County manager Gary Rowett and Nuno Espirito Santo of Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The judging panel comprises former Ipswich Town manager George Burley, Sky Sports’ English Football League expert Don Goodman; EFL marketing director Drew Barrand, League Managers’ Association director Olaf Dixon and Sky Bet EFL trader Mikey Mumford.
City’s attacking midfielder Paterson added to his assist quota and grabbed three goals; one each against Middlesbrough, Sheffield United and Reading last month.
He goes up against Derby County goalkeeper Scott Carson, Leeds United's Pontus Jansson and Brentford midfielder Romaine Sawyers.
The judging panel comprises Sky Sports’ EFL expert Goodman; LMA director Dixon and Sky Bet EFL trader Mumford.
All winners will be announced tomorrow (Friday, January 12th).
