The club is saddened to learn of the passing of two long-term supporters.
In May Lee Cudlip – part of the Atyeo Stand singing section – was killed in a car accident at the age of 36.
Lee’s funeral will be held tomorrow (June 16th) at South Bristol Crematorium, with his funeral cortege due to pass through the stadium at 10am en route, along Marina Dolman Way.
All mourners have been asked to wear City shirts and a collection is due to be held, with all donations being passed on to the Bristol City Community Trust.
Last week Senior Reds member Anthony (Tony) Smith passed away at the age of 73.
A South Stand season card holder, he regularly attended away matches with his wife Celia and even helped launch the club’s home kit in 2013.
Anthony’s funeral will take place at South Bristol Crematorium on Monday, June 26th at midday.
Our thoughts are with the friends and families of both Lee and Anthony at this sad time.
