City match sponsor launches apprenticeship drive

Renishaw, the high-tech British engineering company that employs 2,500 people in the Bristol region, has announced that it is offering over 60 apprenticeships next year.

The company, this Saturday's matchday sponsor, supplies products all around the world, which are used in applications as diverse as jet engine and wind turbine manufacture, through to 3D printing and dentistry.

It even has robots installed at Bristol Children’s Hospital and Southmead Hospital which help surgeons to carry out complex brain surgery on adults and children.

Renishaw apprentices

Renishaw offers various types of engineering, electronics, software and IT apprenticeships for people with GCSE, BTEC and A level qualifications. Apprentices work in a range of exciting areas in the business and many go on to study for HNDs and degrees.

Think apprenticeships; think Renishaw.
