City launch new merchandise website

A brand new retail system has been launched to improve the fan experience.

The new-look ONLINE store offers City fans a first-class shopping experience, while allowing Season Card holders and Members to earn Rewards on their retail purchases.

The Rewards will be available to spend from Friday, July 27th 2018. All Rewards earned from purchases since Thursday, June 21st 2018 will be back-dated and become available to spend on this day.

The upgraded store will continue to sell all official replica City kits, training wear, children’s and baby wear, as well as accessories and gift vouchers.

It is focused on an improved, modern online shopping experience, with an improved search function and filtering system, with pages that are more visually appealing and easy to navigate.

All supporters will need to register new accounts with the website, helping us to be fully compliant with new GDPR regulations. A new single SIGN-ON club account will be introduced later this summer allowing supporters to have just one login across the club’s various platforms: the main website, the official Bristol City app, BCTV, ticketing and the new online store and City Rewards.

Bristol City vice-chairman Jon Lansdown, said: “I think it is important that all aspects of the club continue to improve and I’m delighted with the new-look online website and the retail system behind it.

“It’s just one area we’ve changed this summer and it goes hand in hand with our new City Rewards scheme and fan app.”
