Bristol City Supporters Club & Trust are heralding an out of court settlement for 10 City fans who claimed false imprisonment and a breach of Article 5 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
Backed by the SC&T, the supporters have fought a four-year court case against West Midlands Police after allegedly being detained while on their way to St Andrews for a game against Birmingham City in 2015 and sent home without being able to watch the game.
