Since 2011 Millie has racked up an impressive 25 goals in 24 matches for the Centre of Excellence, 42 goals in 40 games for the Development Team and 2 goals in 6 games for Chelsea Ladies first team.
19 year old Millie said: “I am really excited for the opportunity at Bristol. We have had our first training session today and everyone at the club has been really friendly and welcoming. I just can’t wait for the season to start now.”
Midfielder Jodie Brett joined Chelsea Ladies as a youngster, winning the League and FA Cup in May 2012 with Chelsea Centre Of Excellence Under 17's. Brett progressed to become a regular in the Chelsea Ladies Development Squad and made four first team appearances for Chelsea Ladies in 2015.
Jodie commented on her move, saying: “I want to develop my game and the opportunity at Bristol City Women’s FC gives me the chance to do exactly that. The facilities at the club are fantastic and I’m looking forward to getting started.”
Manager Willie Kirk added: “Millie is a natural goal scorer and Jodie is a solid midfielder with great experience at such a young age. Both players will be a great addition to the squad in our bid for promotion back into WSL1.”
