
Bristol City Women Sign Turner From Everton

Millie Farrow and Jodie Brett have signed new loan deals with Bristol City Women from Chelsea Ladies.
Centre Forward Millie Farrow joined Chelsea Ladies in 2011 after spending five seasons at Hampshire Centre of Excellence and spent a last season on loan with Bristol City Women. Youth international, Millie was named top goal scorer last season with the Vixens, even after being injured for a large part of the season.
Fellow youth England international, midfielder Jodie Brett joined Chelsea Ladies as a youngster, winning the League and FA Cup in May 2012 with Chelsea Centre Of Excellence Under 17's. Brett was named 'Coaches Player of the Year' at the Vixen's End of Season Dinner.
"I'm delighted to welcome both players back to the club to play in the Spring Series," said head coach Willie Kirk.
"I really enjoyed working with them last season and it was very pleasing to see them develop during throughout the year.
"Myself and the staff took great pride in sending both back to Chelsea better players and now, the club, and both the players have an opportunity to enhance their development further."
Now in WSL1, Bristol City Women will open their campaign against Reading at Ashton Gate on Saturday, April 22nd (KO 6pm) before taking on Arsenal, Chelsea and current league champions Man City at the Stoke Gifford Stadium.
The Vixens will also come up against former teammates when they face Liverpool at home, with Sophie Ingle, Tash Harding and Caroline Weir now playing for the opposition.
