Celebrating UK coaching week

This week we have been celebrating our wonderful coaches at the Robins Foundation.

It is no secret that coaches play an instrumental role at the Robins Foundation, as without them the foundation would not be able to run any of the sessions or events. The foundation is extremely lucky to have so many amazing coaches, that put the young people they work with at the heart of everything they do. Many of the coaches have been part of the foundation for a number of years and first joined when they enrolled on one of the Post-16 courses, then choosing to further their studies on the Higher Education courses available with the Robins Education Department.

The Foundation's CEO Dan White said: "Our coaches do so much more than just coach, they do a fantastic job of building positive relationships with people in the community. Doing this enables them to have a real impact on the lives of the people they work with. We're proud that a large proportion of our team comes from the community and as a result, they make such great role models for young people."

Meet Kai, Dan and Grace who are three fantastic coaches, sharing their own thoughts on what coaching means to them.
