Category change for Boro fixture

Bristol City v Middlesbrough has been changed from a Gold to Silver category match, meaning reduced prices for supporters who are encouraged to pack Ashton Gate.

Cheaper ticket prices are available for both Members and non Members as City round off the opening month of the 2019/20 campaign against Boro.

This news follows the fixture change which was announced on Wednesday (July 4th).

The match will now be broadcast on Sky Sports - City's second televised game in the opening month of the season - with kick-off moved to 12.30pm on Saturday (August 31st).

City enjoyed a six-game unbeaten streak against Boro between 2012 and 2017 and Lee Johnson's were victorious the last time they met Middlesbrough, with Adam Webster's header enough to secure a 1-0 win at the Riverside Stadium in April. .

August's encounter is currently on sale to Members, who can login online to buy their tickets. General Sale commences from 10am on Monday July 15th.
