Call to buy your new 2019/20 season card

Pick up the phone today and join the 13,000 supporters who have already become a season card holder for the 2019/20 campaign.

The 2019/20 season cards remain on general sale, having earlier gone on priority sale to existing season card holders and Forever Bristol Members.

As of 10am Monday (March 25th), Supporter Services have been able to process payments for new season card holders by phone.

New 2019/20 season card holders will need to snap up their tickets before they go off sale at 5pm on Friday, April 5th.

Tickets are also available to buy online.

SPLIT THE COST

Supporters can also use a pay monthly scheme, which will be offered exclusively in the advanced sales period only, with the cost of a season card split over ten months. The fee for using this scheme is £25 per transaction (a maximum of four season cards per transaction).

Disabled supporters should call Supporter Services to buy their season card on 0117 963 0600 and are eligible for a complimentary carer if required. Please note that adult disabled supporters will receive 10% off the adult price (please see pricing table below).

Seasonal hospitality remains available for renewal until 5pm Friday, March 29th. To renew, call 0117 963 0630 or visit www.ashtongatestadium.co.uk.

In order to secure your season card online, you will need to ensure you have set up your Bristol Sport Club Account. To do this, please visit login.bristol-sport.co.uk where you can also find an updated step-by-step user guide to help you through setting up your account. Designed to make life easier for you, the Bristol Sport Club Account allows you to use just one single login to purchase tickets (including your 2019/20 season card), merchandise, watch BCTV, access the Bristol City App and keep an eye on your City Rewards loyalty balance.
