Burns Called Up By Wales U21

Bristol City's Wes Burns has been named in the latest Wales Under-21 squad for home matches against Armenia and Romania.

The Young Dragons tackle Armenia in Bangor on Friday (November 13th, 2pm) before hosting Romania at Wrexham’s Racecourse Ground next Tuesday (November 17th, 6pm).

Burns, who received his first call-up for the senior squad last month, is part of Geraint Williams’ 18-man squad for the two UEFA Under-21 Qualifiers.

Meanwhile, Joe Morrell has been called up by Wales Under-19s for three qualifying matches in Tbilisi, Georgia.

The midfielder will come up against hosts Georgia, Austria and Albania in UEFA Under-19 Championship qualifying group eight.
