Josh Brownhill returns to City's starting XI for the clash at Ipswich Town, replacing suspended Marlon Pack.
Pack's enforced absence is the only change made by head coach Lee Johnson as City go in search of a first win at Portman Road since 1978.
Jens Hegeler returns to the substitutes bench after missing out during City's 2-0 win over Bolton Wanderers at Ashton Gate on Tuesday night.
