Bristol Sport Unveiled As New Kit Provider For Bristol City

We are pleased to announce Bristol Sport will become the new kit provider for Bristol City Football Club.

Bristol Sport Chief Executive Andrew Billingham said "It is great that the players and fans will have a shirt which has been designed specifically for them. It's about taking ownership of our clubs' destiny and providing something that they will be proud to wear.

"Our vision is to inspire the next generation of supporters and by producing our own kit we've been able to reduce the children's shirt price."

Bristol Sport is part of the stable of sports companies owned by Stephen Lansdown and is responsible for all commercial operations of its affiliated clubs.

Bristol City's Steve Cotterill commented "The players are really excited to be wearing a shirt inspired by the fans. We've all been really impressed with the quality of the kit provided and can't wait to get started with the new campaign. Hopefully it will be a great season for us all!"

The new shirt, which will be unveiled next week, has taken almost a year to develop in collaboration with fans, Bristol City and Bristol Sport.

David Lloyd, Supporter Liaison Officer for Bristol City said "I'm delighted that we can finally deliver a more bespoke kit whilst achieving really high standards. Fans have been asking for years for a shirt to be proud of and with Bristol Sport as the provider I feel that we can consistently achieve this."
