Bristol City Women are delighted to confirm the date of the club’s Sister Club Tournament.
The Sister Club programme is seen as a vital component of Bristol City Women’s Football Club to inspire the local community and the next generation of footballers to take up the game.
Format
The tournament itself will be a 5-a-side format, with ten-minute games.
The age groups for the tournament are Under-10, Under-12 and Under-14. Players up to two years younger can play in any given age group due to age gaps.
The maximum number of teams per age group is ten, so be sure to enter as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!
Squad sizes are strictly seven players per team, to ensure fair game time and fair competition. Any additional players brought to the tournament will not be able to play.
Date/location
The tournament will take place on Saturday, March 24th at Goals Bristol North from 10-1pm.
The address of the centre is BS348LP.
There will be extremely limited paid parking on site so car sharing, alternative parking arrangements and public transport usage where possible is encouraged.
Pricing
It is £22 per team, per age group, with a price of £12 for any additional team/s.
Benefits
-Each team will receive ten tickets (eight children and two adults) to Bristol City Women’s game against Manchester City on Sunday, March 25th at the Stoke Gifford Stadium (kick-off 12:30pm).
