Bristol Academy will face Dublin-based side Raheny United in the Champions League Round of 32.
Raheny are one of Ireland's most successful clubs having won the Women's National League consecutively in 2013 and 2014, as well as finishing runners-up in its inaugural 2012 season.
The first leg will be played at Raheny before the return leg at Ashton Gate on Thursday 16 October. More details on timings and pricing will appear shortly.
The Vixens will be making their second appearance in the Women's Champions League following their debut in 2011. If the Bristol club can make it past Raheny they will face a glamour tie against the winner of the Barcelona - Slavia Prague match.
