Both sides will be going for it - Reid

City's in-form striker Bobby Reid anticipates an "interesting" game when Hull City travel to Ashton Gate.

City continue to fight for a play-off place, while the Tigers are battling to secure their safety in the Sky Bet Championship.

The Robins' task is to win all their remaining games to keep pressure on those hunting a top-six finish, while Hull could guarantee their safety with just a point on Saturday, depending on other results.

Previewing the fixture, Reid told BCTV: "I think they will come to Ashton Gate to try and win the game, to get their job done and dusted.

"They want to be in this league next season so we won’t take them lightly. We know they won’t take it lightly either so we know it will be an interesting game."

THE CROWD GIVES US A CHANCE

And Reid, who has been at the centre of the near end-of-season awards, wants to see a strong BS3 crowd, to roar City on in their promotion push.

Saturday's tie is the penultimate home game of the season, before City travel to Nottingham Forest and host Sheffield United on the final day of the 2017/18 campaign.

Reid added: "It’s massive for us to have a great crowd! They play a big part in our success and when the stadium is bouncing then it gives us every chance."
