Bolton add four new faces

Bolton Wanderers had a busy transfer deadline day as they added four new players to their squad and saw Gary Madine depart.

The Trotters - City's opponents in the Sky Bet Championship on Friday night (8pm kick-off) - brought in a total of six new faces to the Macron Stadium over the course of the month, alongside three departures.

These included the transfer of their top goalscorer Madine to Cardiff City, for an undisclosed fee on deadline day.

Deadline day saw contracts mutually terminated or new players loaned out from BS3.

Diego De Girolamo and Ivan Lucic have both left the club.

Tin Plavotic has been loaned to Barnet with Jake Andrews heading for Cheltenham Town for the rest of the season.

Scott Golbourne has returned to MK Dons to continue his recovery from injury, where he could feature in the latter stages of the campaign.
