🎟 Bentley surprises first prize draw winner

Congratulations to City supporter Daniel White who has won the first prize as a renewing Season Ticket holder.

Daniel, who will receive his 2022/23 Season Ticket, worth £375 for free was told the news by City captain Dan Bentley.

This is the first of four prize draws on offer for renewing Season Ticket Holders ahead of the campaign.

Seats are reserved until midday on Tuesday, May 3rd. Existing Season Ticket Holders must be logged in to their Bristol Sport Club Account and can use the link below to renew.

Prize draws will be launched with all renewing/purchasing supporters having the chance to win a host of prizes, including winning their 2022/23 Season Ticket for free, a tour of the Robins High Performance Centre, a signed 2022/23 home shirt and a place in the 2022/23 Bristol City team photograph.

The earlier you renew/purchase your Season Ticket, the more chances you have to win!

Renew your seat for 2021/22 Season Ticket holders from:
Online only: 10am, Monday, April 4th
Online and phone: 10am, Monday, April 11th


General sale from:
Online and Phone: 10am, Tuesday, April 12th

Lose your seat deadline:
12pm, Tuesday, May 3rd


Move your seat:
Between 12pm on Tuesday, May 3rd and 5pm on Wednesday, May 4th


Advanced Pricing Deadline:
5pm, Wednesday, June 1st


💷 THE PRICES


💳 PAY MONTHLY

Supporters can use a pay monthly scheme, which is offered exclusively up until 5pm on Wednesday, June 1st, with the cost of a Season Ticket split over nine months. The fee for using this scheme is £25 per transaction (a maximum of four Season Tickets per transaction). The first monthly payment will be taken on July 1st, 2022 and the last payment on March 1st, 2023.

Designed to make life easier for you, the Bristol Sport Club Account allows you to use just one single login to purchase tickets (including your 2022/23 Season Ticket), Robins TV, merchandise, access the Robins App and keep an eye on your City Rewards balance.


🖥 ONLINE PAYMENTS

The banking industry is making adding in extra layers of security to make shopping online with card transactions even more secure.

Bristol Sport and our ticketing partner are ensuring we adhere to banking industry changes. You may soon notice you are asked to authorise online card payments during your online transaction. This can come in the form of One Time Passcode (OTP) which is sent to the mobile phone number registered or via process related to your personal banking mobile app or a OTP sent to your bank registered email address.

These extra checks are being introduced by banks to help reduce fraud by checking it’s you making the payment. These checks also support the banking industry’s compliance with new payment regulations.

Different banks have different methods of authorising your transaction. If you are unsure how the process works for you, please contact your bank, and make sure your contact details such as mobile phone number and email address are correct.
