Aden Baldwin has joined Cheltenham Town on loan until January 2019.
The 21-year-old defender will hope to enjoy regular competitive match action with the Sky Bet League Two side for the next four months.
City’s loan manager Brian Tinnion said: “Aden has had a good pre-season with the first team.
“We feel he is now ready to step up to League Football to gain valuable experience in his development.”
Baldwin will go straight into Cheltenham’s squad and will be available for selection ahead of their season opener with Crawley Town.
