Following feedback from the Safety Advisory Group, it has been decided that home and away supporters will swap sides in the Atyeo Stand for Bristol City matches from November 21st onwards.
This is the same seating arrangement as used in the 2014/15 season.
The current arrangements will remain in place up to and including the Wolves game next Tuesday (November 3rd). Fans should continue using their current season cards up to this point.
From the Hull City game (November 21st) onwards, supporters will be allocated a new seat and season card to use.
For fans in the unreserved blocks in the Atyeo (N41, N40 and N39), new season cards in blocks N35 or N36 will be issued automatically by post. When the new card has been received, please destroy the old one as it will no longer work at the turnstiles. These blocks will continue to be unreserved and flags can continue to be used.
If you are in a reserved seat in Block N38, the club will be in touch to move you to a new seat.
The club apologises for any inconvenience this may cause, but the safety of supporters and a great matchday experience is of paramount importance.
Should you have any queries, please call Supporter Services on 0117 963 0600 or e-mail hello@bristol-sport.co.uk.
