City’s trip to newly-promoted Sheffield United has been selected for live TV broadcast by Sky Sports.
The match, originally scheduled for Saturday, December 9th, has been brought forward to Friday, December 8th (kick-off 7.45pm).
It will be the club's third televised match of the season and the second within the space of seven days, after City’s home clash with Middlesbrough (December 2nd, 5.30pm) was selected for live broadcast.
City last travelled to Bramall Lane on the opening day of the 2014/15 double-winning season - also broadcasted live on Sky Sports - and ran out 2-1 winners courtesy of goals from Aaron Wilbraham and Wade Elliott.
