Father and son, Gary and Lee Johnson, will be two special guests for an exclusive evening of football-focussed fun, in aid of the Bristol Heart Institute Appeal.
The charity is one close to both City's head coach Lee and his dad, also a former manager of the club, after Gary underwent heart surgery last year.
They will host a Q&A session as part of the black-tie dinner evening at Ashton Gate on Thursday, July 26th. The event starts at 7pm, finishing at 1am.
Gary said: “It’s a privilege to be the ambassador for Above & Beyond’s BHI Appeal and give something back to the hospital that operated on my heart and got me back in the game. I received such amazing care and I really can’t thank them enough.
“I’m really looking forward to the event. There’s lots of exciting things planned for the evening so I hope all the guests have a great time and it raises lots of money for the Appeal.”
Lee added: "Staff at the BHI took fantastic care of my dad so it’s great to be able to give something back.
“The appeal with Above & Beyond is fundraising to make sure the BHI can continue to provide the very best care and treatment for some of the UK’s sickest patients so I hope people dig deep on the night.”
Lifelong City fan and comedian Mark Watson heads the line-up, with BBC Radio Bristol’s Emma Britton overseeing the Johnson’s Q&A session and actor and avid football fan Tom Watt will also commentate during the evening."
Tickets cost from £120 per person and include a drinks receptions and a three-course meal.
Season card holders and Lansdown members can receive a 20% discount on this event by quoting ‘BCFC’ at the checkout.
All money raised from the evening will go towards Above & Beyond’s Bristol Heart Institute Appeal.
