Academy boys complete Great Bristol 10k

Players from City's Under-18 and Under-23 teams braved the heat to complete the Simplyhealth Great Bristol 10k in aid of Children's Hospice South West.

The run took place around the city on Sunday, May 13th.

The group were on course to raise £1,500 of their £2,500 target, at time of writing. But there is still the opportunity to donate to the cause.

Everyone connected with Bristol City would like say a huge well done to the team.

The Children's Hospice South West provides end-of-life care for terminally ill children and their families. A recent visit by our Under-18 team highlighted the tireless work the Hospice staff put in and the finances needed to keep their good work going.

The race took in the sights of Bristol such as the harbour and Avon Gorge and attracts over 10,000 runners each year.
