Summer recruit Andreas Weimann takes the number 14 shirt, vacated by Bobby Reid following his move to Cardiff City.
Adam Webster takes the number four shirt, previously occupied by Aden Flint.
Elsewhere, Jens Hegeler, Lloyd Kelly and Milan Djuric move to number 13, 17 and 18 respectively.
