ℹ️ Supporter information for new COVID-19 rules

We look forward to welcoming all supporters to Ashton Gate on Saturday for City’s Emirates FA Cup fixture against Fulham.

It is now a legal requirement for all supporters aged 18 and over to show proof of their Covid Certification status prior to being granted access to Ashton Gate on a matchday. As outlined by the Government any venue that has an attendance of more than 10,000 people is subject to the new rules.

Although Saturday's crowd may not reach the 10,000 tickets sold mark COVID certification checks will remain in place for the third round Emirates FA Cup tie.

In order to make your matchday entry as smooth and efficient as possible we need your help.

BE PREPARED

If you are double vaccinated, download the digital NHS COVID Pass on your phone or digital device. Preferably print it out, save it to your electronic wallet and screenshot it to your phone’s photo album. Those fully vaccinated in the UK can download a certificate proving their status. The NHS COVID pass enables you to demonstrate your coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination records in a secure way. Watch this short video to find out more.

Alternatively, you will be able to show a paper-based certificate of vaccination. Click here to register for a paper pass. Please note the vaccination cards issued at your time of vaccination will NOT be accepted as proof.

If you are not vaccinated confirmation of a negative Lateral Flow Test (LFT) or PCR test taken with 48 hours of kick-off will be accepted as proof of Covid Certification status. Only a result by e-mail or text, provided by gov.uk will be accepted. Do NOT bring the physical test kit as proof. Your LFT result can be registered here.

Finally, confirmation of a positive Covid-19 test within the last 6 months which has been followed by the appropriate period of isolation i.e., 10 days) will be accepted as proof of status. This can be evidenced in the NHS Covid pass or by gov.uk text or email. (Recovery Pass).

If you are unsure of anything, please read our FAQs in full here before contacting Supporter Services.

BE EARLY

Our fan village opens three hours ahead of kick-off and turnstiles open two hours ahead of kick-off (12:30pm). We’d recommend arriving by 11:30am (one hour ahead of KO) to give you plenty of time to enjoy the matchday build-up and take your seats in time for kick-off.

We are offering a 20% discount on all food and drinks in our concessions until 11:30am on Saturday.

If using a digital Covid Pass remember to make sure your phone has enough battery.

Have your Covid Certification pass ready to show as you approach the stadium. If using the digital pass make sure you have it saved to your electronic wallet and preferably a screenshot to your phone’s photos. This will prevent any delay if the Wifi or the NHS App goes down as you approach the stadium.

BE SAFE

Do not attend the Stadium if you have any Covid-19 symptoms (which includes a temperature of 37.8 degrees or above, a new continuous cough, a loss of sense of taste/smell or any other symptoms officially recognised as being symptoms of Covid-19.

If you are aged 11 or over, please wear a mask in all indoor areas of the stadium. Once you are in your stadium seat or in one of our hospitality bars or restaurants you can remove your mask.

For additional information please see our Covid-19 Spectator Code of Conduct here.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday and thank you for your support through these difficult times.
