SATURDAY'S PRESS TALK

Posted on: Sat 08 May 2010

Cole Skuse has scooped the Bristol City player of the year award. The home-grown midfielder was voted the Robins' number one performer of 2009-10 by the club's fans. Skuse has been virtually ever present in City's team and scored twice - one a goal of the season contender in the 3-1 win at Leicester City. Previously a winner of the young player of the year award, Skuse, 24, seems sure to be a big part of Steve Coppell's new regime at Ashton Gate.
