Gary Johnson reckons Bristol City are facing their toughest challenge since assuming Championship status two seasons ago. Play-off finalists only last May, the Robins are finding life rather more difficult this time around. Beaten in three of their last five games, City have slipped into the bottom half of the table for the first time since achieving automatic promotion from League One in 2007. And following Saturday's 3-0 reverse at Sheffield United, manager Johnson admits he faces a battle to restore lost confidence.

Scott Murray is hoping to extend his stay at Cheltenham Town after playing a central role in Saturday's amazing 3-3 draw at Brighton. The on-loan Bristol City winger took his career goals tally to 98 with two goals at the Withdean but was on the treatment table when Andy Gallinagh's 94th-minute goal earned a draw. Murray's two goals hauled Cheltenham back twice from strikes from his Brighton namesake Glenn - who completed a hat-trick before Gallinagh's goal.
