City supporters who have yet to renew their season card for 2010/11 can do so online right up until the final sales deadline of midnight today.
Prices will increase after this date by a minimum of ten per cent with any unclaimed seats being released for general sale.
Fans who cannot access the internet are advised a collection point has been set up at the stadium - full info below.
Sales are no longer being taken by phone or in person; and online sales are not open to under-21, student or family purchases. In addition, the deadline has also passed for sales to non-members.
To renew your seat online, have your client reference and smart card handy and follow the easy-to-follow instructions on the online ticket site. Those fans who have already registered should go to 'Member Login' and insert their details. Those supporters who have yet to oregister should 'Activate Season/Members Card' (in case of 2009/10 season card holders and members) or 'Register A New Account' (in case of non-season card holders/members).
COLLECTION POINT
NB Because the ticket office will be closed to phone or personal callers over the Bank Holiday weekend, the club will be opening a collection point at the ground for those fans who cannot renew online or who wish to drop off an interest-free payment form. Supporters should leave a sealed envelope containing payment (cheques made payable to ''Bristol City Football Club' only; no cash or card details accepted) PLUS their name, address, client reference number (if renewal) and contact telephone number and e-mail address. If any of these details are missing the ticket office will not be able to process the order. NO applications will be accepted after midnight on Monday, May 31st.
SEAT TRANSFER WEEK
Sales will cease after Monday (May 31st) when the ticket office will process any outstanding payments or applications. After this date, any fan who has already purchased a 2010/11 season ticket will be able to transfer their seat, subject to a £10 administration fee. Seats will be subject to availability.
