When will I receive my smart card?

Smart cards will be issued to paid-up season ticket holders in June, in good time for the start of the 2008/09 season, together with Megastore discount vouchers.

I am renewing my season ticket but want to transfer my existing seat. Can I do this?

Yes, but this must be done in person at Ashton Gate Stadium.

Why can't I renew my Supporters Club membership on the renewal form?

We are not offering Supporters Club memberships on 2008/09 season ticket application forms. Details on this will be announced at the end of the season.

I can't find my client reference number and I need this to renew my seat. What can I do?

Your season ticket client reference number can be found printed on your 2007/08 season ticket next to your name. For security reasons we require this number to complete your transaction. Please call the ticket office if you have any further queries.

I am a City Foundation member. How do I claim my discount?

City Foundation members can claim their discount by phone or in person ONLY. They should quote their season ticket client reference number and City Foundation membership number and pay the lower quoted price. No refunds will be given if fans fail to quote their City Foundation membership number. No discounts are available in the East End.

What happens if I cannot buy my existing seat by the end of the current price band on Friday, April 11th?

Don't worry. Your existing seat will be reserved for you until close of business on Friday, May 2nd although prices will ncrease after April 11th.

I am ineligible for the 0% offer Barclaycard offer or have been turned down? How can I pay for my season ticket in instalments?

The club is again offering its Premium Credit option to supporters but forms are available on request only. Please contact the ticket office on 0871 222 6666 for more details.

When will an announcement be made regarding general sale for non-season ticket holders?

There will be no general sale until Thursday, April 17th at the earliest. A further announcement will be made in the week beg. April 13th. Please keep logged on to bcfc.co.uk for details.
