City Foundation held a successful Race Night in the Premier Lounge last night.
A packed crowd enjoyed an eight-race card and buffet - all for free courtesy of City Foundation.
Playing with fun money for their bets, supporters were able to cheer on their nags in a bid to win the most cash come the end of the night.
The top three supporters won champagne (pictured), with cash hauls of £120, £105 and £95 respectively.
Helen Hynam of City Foundation said: "I'd like to thank everyone who came along and made the night such a success. Everyone I spoke to really enjoyed themselves and we'll be looking to do more events of this nature in the coming months."
City Foundation began in 2007 and helped raise more than £300,000 towards to the development of the club's training ground at Failand.
Since the launch of the Community Trust, funds from City Foundation are now aimed at helping the Trust's award-winning staff work with schools, youth organisations and sports clubs across the region. Its work covers education, learning, football development and health promotion. Staff work with the long-term unemployed, the homeless, those at risk of involvement in anti-social behaviour, the disadvantaged and disaffected.
The Trust believes the inspirational potential of sport and the power of the Bristol City name can act as an irresistable force for change in lives.
