Spaces are still available on a Personal Safety Course starting at Ashton Gate from Wednesday, September 15th - run in association with Safe & Sound.

The course - held over two four-hour evening sessions between 6-10pm (15th & 29 September OR 22nd September & 6th October) - will be delivered by accredited training staff with extensive experience of safety training in the police and security sectors.

It is ideal for those individuals who want to improve self-confidence, are unable to manage in conflict situations, especially people who travel on their won at night, students about to start university for the first time and charity/care workers.

It is great value at £30 + VAT per person - and as a special offer, one free place is available for every two booked.
