KEITH TARGETS LOAN MARKET

Posted on: Tue 31 Aug 2010

Keith Millen will look to the loan market in a week's time to strengthen his squad.

The manager opted against adding to his squad on transfer deadline day, and will instead look to bolster his ranks from September 7th, when Football League clubs can enter the loan market once more.

"Today was only the deadline for permanent deals," the manager told bcfc.co.uk.

"In eight days' time we are able to use the emergency loan market so there's no need to rush.

"There are still a few things ongoing and a couple of deals are possible when we can loan again."

He added: "Another factor is the Premier League clubs name their squads tomorrow (Wednesday).

"We may know more about who is available to loan in from the publication of the top flight squads."
