Keith Millen admits he faces a tough start to life as City manager with tomorrow's trip to Doncaster Rovers (3pm).
The newly-appointed City boss is now firmly concentrating his attentions on the immediate task in hand, trying to bag the club's first win of the season in the wake of Steve Coppell's resignation.
Speaking on Player, Keith said: "It's a tough game there's no doubt about it. They're a terrific footballing side.
"We know the way they play and they love to keep possession of the ball. We can't go there and get frustrated if they play it around. When we get the ball we need to keep it too and make it difficult for them.
"We've only lost one game in the league and there's no doom and gloom yet. You can't guarantee the result but I'll be looking for a performance.
"I want the players to express themselves and be lively. If they do that they we will have every chance of taking something from the game."

Keith is full of praise for his opposite number at the Keepmoat Stadium, Sean O'Driscoll, who has moulded the South Yorkshire club into a challenging Championship outfit in recent years.
"Sean's done a fantastic job at Doncaster," he added.
"He's had a good deal of time there and the chairman (John Ryan) has supported him to build a team that are comfortable on the ball.
"The big signing for them this summer was Billy Sharp. He was a record signing and he is the danger-man because he seems to relish playing against us. He's a good forward and works hard, leading to his good goalscoring record."
City could also come face to face with ex-striker Steve Brooker, now fit again after a lengthy lay-off with Doncaster.
Cole Skuse is expected to recover from a hamstring injury, whilst Damion Stewart returns from his one-match ban.
