PETITION SET-UP BY SUPPORTERS

Posted on: Tue 27 Jul 2010

City fans are being urged to sign a petition against the Council planning committee's decision to refuse Sainsbury's plans to redevelop at Ashton Gate.

Chairman Steve Lansdown has said without the cash generated by the sale of Ashton Gate to Sainsbury's, the club's hopes of moving to a new stadium at Ashton Gate are "in jeopardy".

The Supporters Trust has now set-up a petition asking the Council to re-think their decision and more than 1,000 fans signed up at Open Day.

Now fans across the world have the opportunity to sign the petition online - simply click here.
