Gothenburg 1-1 Bristol City
Adam Baker reports from Kungsbacka
Summer signing Albert Adomah scored on his debut as City started their pre-season tour of Sweden with a 1-1 draw against former UEFA Cup winners IFK Gothenburg.
The former Barnet winger opened the scoring shortly before half-time with a superb 20-yard shot in a game that also saw Kalifa Cisse make his first appearance for the club.
The hosts drew level six minutes after half-time through Tobias Hysen and that's how it remained in Kungsbacka, in front of a healthy crowd.

Adomah looked lively from the first whistle and was unlucky to see a charging run ended with a cynical foul.
At the other end Stephen Henderson made a smart save from a corner, denying a close range header. Bradley Orr made a goal-line clearance to deny Hysen after the forward had skipped around Henderson on ten minutes.
The opener arrived on the half-hour when Orr's cross was only half-cleared. Adomah pounced on the edge of the box to score with a dipping 20-yard shot into the top corner.

Gothenburg were always going to be stronger with their superior fitness in the second half, and they levelled within six minutes of the restart.
A chipped ball through put Hysen away and he coolly slotted home beyond Henderson.
The City keeper made a couple of smart saves as the half wore on, while City made a series of substitutions to liven up their play. In the end it proved a fair share of the spoils.
