City Under-18s pulled off a stunning 4-2 win at Southampton in the FA Premier Academy League - with four schoolboys involved.
It was a remarkable result for John Clayton's team, especially as they fell behind after only 15 minutes.
They responded in tremendous fashion, however, with Nathan Livings scoring a spectacular volley moments later, and then Harry Rubbins rounded off a terrific team move to put City 2-1 up at the break.
Within a minute of the restart City were further ahead, Rubbins crossing for schoolboy Giani Kapika to volley home.
Daryn Hennessy rounded off the City scoring just after the hour, beating two defenders on the edge of the box before curling in the visitors' fourth goal.
A late penalty for the Saints, awarded for a foul by Henry Muggeridge, failed to take any shine off a superb away display.
"We had a very young side out there today," said Academy boss John Clayton. "We even brought on 14-year-old Elan Gordan - a relative of Tristan Plummer - near the end.
"It was a superb team display, from the schoolboys right through to the second-year scholars."
City Under-18s: Bradley; Muggeridge, Douglas, Stripp, Bryon; Lennox (Gordon 75), Brunt, Hennessy, Livings, Rubbins; Kapika (Reid 85).
