Gary Johnson is predicting an open and exciting encounter when his City side tackle Doncaster Rovers at Ashton Gate tomorrow.
The City manager believes the Coca-Cola Championship game will be entertaining for those heading to Ashton Gate, as his side look to extend on their current three match unbeaten run.
He told Player: "Doncaster make games open and sometimes that good for them, and sometimes it's not.
"We must make sure we play some good stuff when we're on the ball to utilise that extra space and openness.
"Credit should go to Doncaster and Sean O'Driscoll because they've done well since returning to the Championship.
"It's a big three points to play for because we could put some distance between us and them with a victory, but an away win would see them climb above us.
"We've gone three games unbeaten, albeit with two draws in that run. The lads are fighting and hanging on in there.
"It's still about getting that next win, as I've said before, especially with three away games coming up after Saturday."
Top scorer Nicky Maynard could come back into contention for a starting role after netting twice for the reserves in midweek.
Evander Sno (back), Jamie McAllister (calf) and Marvin Elliott (knee) are all sidelined.
