NEW JOB OPPORTUNITY AT CITY

City are searching for a new head of schoolboy/youth recruitment.

A full-time post within the Academy has become available. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our successful Recruitment Programme and Recruitment Team within Bristol and the South West region.

THe club is looking for someone with wide experience of junior football and the ability to identify young players with outstanding talent and potential.

Applicants will also need the organisational and inter-personal skills to lead a team of enthusiastic part-time scouts and oversee the club's Regional Development Centres.

Also applicants would be expected to build partnerships with local clubs and school organisations. Being an effective communicator and someone who will enjoy being the club's first point of contact for young players and their families is essential.

Must be self-motivated and require the drive and determination to work evenings and weekends.

Salary and expenses are negotiable and dependent upon experience and qualifications of successful candidate. A current clean driving licence is essential.
