GARY ON COVENTRY POINT
Gary Johnson was happy with the point his side earned at Coventry City.
City's three-game winning run at the Ricoh Arena ended with a 1-1 scoreline, but the manager wasn't too disappointed after watching Nicky Maynard cancel out Leon Best's first half strike.
And he was equally delighted with the debut performance of loan striker Alvaro Saborio.
He told Player: "We came for the three points but never really got going in the first half. There were a couple of half chances, but nothing firm.
"They had a good 20-minute where they scored the goal and had a few other chances. The lads felt [Leon Best's] goal was offside but we'll have to see on the video.
"In the second half we took the game to them a lot more and fed the forwards better.
"The two strikers looked in form. We know Nicky (Maynard) is in form, but I thought Alvaro (Saborio) had a fantastic debut.

"I could only see us going on to win it, so I suppose it's a couple of points lost, but overall it was a decent performance.
"Every Championship point is a big one."
City are facing a little bit of a striker crisis after seeing Danny Haynes go down with tonsillitis on the morning of the Coventry game.
"That was why Alvaro's performance was even better, he didn't know he was playing right until the last minute," Gary added. "All the lads gave him a round of applause when he came back into the dressing room.
"John Akinde and Danny (Haynes) are likely to miss Swansea on Tuesday and David Clarkson feels very weak at the moment after his illness.
"We've got Ivan Sproule as an option up there, along with Nicky and Alvaro."
