MANAGER CONFIRMS MCINDOE OFFER
Gary Johnson has confirmed Sheffield United are in talks with Michael McIndoe.
The City boss, speaking openly at a press conference this afternoon on the day the players returned for pre-season training, says he believes the winger will complete a move to Bramall Lane in the "next couple of days".

He told bcfc.co.uk: "Macca is talking to Sheffield United today, he hasn't been training with us.
"I expect that deal will go through in the next couple of days but that's all I can say at this stage."
The manager also revealed he had expressed an interest in Manchester United winger Lee Martin, however, the plug was pulled on that deal weeks ago.

"The player has been away on holiday but we did have discussions with his representatives," Gary added.
"He's very close with Roy Keane (Ipswich Town manager) and I think he'll end up with him. Their was interest initially from us, but we pulled out very early."
With three signings so far this summer, the City boss said he had agreed terms with one further unnamed player - but is waiting on a final decision.
He said: "We've agreed terms with him and he now has to decide whether he wants to come here, or take a lucrative deal from abroad."

And he continued by revealed two other unnamed players were on standby to come in, but he had the final judgment call.
At the same time, City's three new players - David Clarkson, Dean Gerken and Andre Blackman - were introduced to the media for the first time.

The players had several fitness checks this morning, including the dreaded bleep test. They then visited the training ground at Failand this afternoon for a pitch session.
"Liam Fontaine was the winner of the bleep test," Gary revealed, "but young Joe Edwards also did very well.
"The whole group was excellent. The standard for professional athletes is supposed to be level 13, but some of our boys were up into the 14s or 15s.
"I'm really pleased with the athleticism the group has shown on the first day back."
