New season cards are now in the process of being sent out to supporters.

All new season card holders for season 2009/10 will shortly receive their cards through the post. This will also apply for existing season card holders who have transfered seats for the new campaign.

However, 2008/09 season card holders who have simply renewed their seat for the new campaign should note they will NOT be issued with new cards. They should instead continue to use their current card for matchday entrance and cup/friendly ticket purchases.

Meanwhile, non-season card holders and members who have purchased tickets for the home friendly with Ajax on July 15th will receive their paper tickets through the post in the coming days.

Season card holders and members will simply have friendly ticket purchases loaded on to their smartcards, which they should use to gain entry to the stadium.

Further to the above, the ticket office would like to inform existing season card holders who have received a new card (issue 2 or higher) that the reason for this is one of the following:-

1) Your price class has changed from last year (i.e. Adult - Senior, City Foundation Adult - Adult)
2) You have now purchased a family ticket
3) You have moved seats
4) One member of group has one of the above
