MARVIN SIGNS NEW DEAL
Marvin Elliott has put pen to paper on a new contract with City, tying him to the club until 2012.
The all-action midfielder signed the deal on his return from a short break in Jamaica, where he was relaxing ahead of the new football season.
The 24-year-old Londoner told bcfc.co.uk: "I've signed the contract and I'm happy it's all sorted.
"At the moment I'm concentrating on getting myself as fit as possible so that I'm up and running for July 1st (when City's players return for pre-season training)."
The local and national media have been quick to link the midfielder with several Premier League clubs during the close season to date.

Marvin Elliott: New deal signed |
He told bcfc.co.uk: "Marvin's seen all the speculation but nothing's come to us officially. There was never a question of him not signing the contract.
"Credit should go to him and to the club. I'm delighted he's signed a new deal with us."
Marvin joined City in July 2007 on a free transfer from Millwall and has gone on to make 80 appearances, scoring nine times.
