Burnley have won the Coca-Cola Championship play-off final to secure promotion to the Barclays Premier League.

Wade Elliott's brilliant first-half goal ended the Clarets' 33-year absence from the top-flight, at the same time condemning Sheffield United to another season in the Championship.

It means City now know all 23 of their opponents for the 2009/10 season.
