Lee Trundle has learnt he did not suffer a fractured ankle in last night's 4-0 reserve win over Yeovil Town at Ashton Gate.

The striker was stretchered off late in the first half of the Combination game, and went for a scan on his ankle today.

But fears of a serious injury were put to bed as the medics informed Lee he had only suffered ankle ligament damage.

It means Lee will miss Citys final game of the season at Burnley.
